As seen on Pittsburgh Today Live. Each of these dressings or sauces are loaded with flavor and freshness. Great for your favorite salad, grain bowl, grilled meats, or roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
Tahini dressing:
4 tablespoons Tahini
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Fresh garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground cumin
4 tablespoons Olive oil
3-4 tablespoons Water
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except the water), and stir to combine. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time. NOTE: The dressing will likely appear ‘broken’ for a moment while stirring, but just keep stirring and it will come back to a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
Gochujang dressing:
4 tablespoons Gochujang paste
1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Honey
1/4 teaspoon Granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon Granulated Onion
1/4 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Sunflower oil
1-2 tablespoons water
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except the water), and stir to combine. Add one tablespoon or water at a time to achieve the consistency you desire. Enjoy!
Miso Ginger dressing:
4 tablespoons White miso paste
3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice,
or unseasoned rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Lemon zest
2 teaspoons Freshly grated ginger root, peeled
5 tablespoons Sunflower oil
1-2 tablespoon Water
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except the water), and whisk to combine. Add one tablespoon or water at a time to achieve the consistency you desire. If possible make this dressing a few hours in advance to allow flavors to merry. Enjoy!
Bonus:
Pesto Vinaigrette:
4 tablespoons Store-bought pesto
2-3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
4 tablespoons Olive oil
1-2 tablespoons Water
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except the water), and stir to combine. Add one tablespoon or water at a time to achieve the consistency you desire. Enjoy!
